Maple Creek Farm is 106 acres of mountains and valleys in the highlands of Yancey County, NC. We produce maple syrup, sweet sorghum syrup, and seasonal vegetables. We are the southernmost commercial producer of maple syrup in the country, and the only such producer in NC that we know of. Located in Burnsville, North Carolina.
