I'll be there too. Hopefully Friday if I can escape my day job soon enough.
If I see the floor is slippery I'll know when was there.

There will be a lot of great dealers there, notably All American Maple Outfitters of Holcomb, WI and Anderson's Maple Syrup of Cumberland , WI.

Smoky Lake Maple Products will have a lot of stainless as usual, but will have working displays of our Automatic Drawoff Systems, Misco digital refractometers, and every kind of instrument, all hands on and for sale at the show. Special cash and carry pricing on the Gas Fired Steam Bottler System
Http://www.sugarbush.info/forsale/sh...inisher&cat=29 while supplies last. We will also be displaying our High efficiency arch. Plus, we will be sampling the Maple Cheese Fudge that was such a hit at LEME. Stop on by!!

Maple cheese fudge is Great but don't try to get a deal from the cheese shop they won't talk to you about a discount

Jim Brown, you have mentioned your disappointment several times, but I guess Simon's Cheese just didn't structure this product for wholesale, for that I am sorry. But it sure is nice that Simon's Cheese of Little Chute, WI gives such a generous bounty of this excellent product every time we do a trade show, for this we should be appreciative. Also, it benefits EVERYONE here that a talented specialty food store such as Simon's is finding more and excellent ways to use MAPLE SUGAR.

Enough on that, back to the WMSPA Trade Show. See you there!

Drove 3 hours to be at the WMSPA and ran into neighbors 5 minutes from home! Small world.

They say that most accidents happen within 5 miles of home. I hope everyone is OK.
