Default Sugar content higher for others?

Last year on 30 trees I started low (1.4) hovered in the mid 2's and peaked at 2.8 - then dove to 1.8 toward the end of the season.

I expanded out this year to 80 more taps - most of the new taps have huge beautiful crowns.

Yesterday's run was very small but the sugar was good (3.0 brix) - the sugarmaker I dropped it off to also had high sugar content - 2.9 in his tank.

I'm in Chittenden county - anyone else seeing sugar content higher than last year?

The 800 gallons of sap that I collected on Saturday was 2.6%. I have never seen the sugar content in my woods this high.

Another weak run today but the sugar was high - 2.9 here from my woods and 2.7 at the producer I dropped it off to.

My trees have been running fairly high the 500 on high vacuum were running 3.4% and the 70 buckets on road sides tested 4%, that was 2 days ago at the start of our big run it has dropped off since
