I takes just one doe to teach it to everybody else and then you have a problem. If you can figure out the guilty party eliminate her with a doe permit.

Your deer must be different than mine. I had 200 of the zap Bac spouts in my woods, hanging all year and I see loads of deer all thru the woods, I had none get chewed. What did you clean with after last season?

Hydrogen peroxide and water. I think its fawns that do it in the spring/summer. I will have a couple drop lines maimed every year, I'd guess its part of the teething process.
