Default 100gph procon-motor?

Someone gave me a 100gph procon with a 1/3hp motor. Is this enough power to build good pressure? Any recommendations on a membrane size to use with this pump/motor?

most procon pumps are rated for 250 psi. its small at 100 gph, with a small membrane it may work. i use a procon 330 on 3 xle 4040s
