Default Low Pressure Membrane?

Is there a low pressure membrane out there that could be used with just a shallow well pump? It would be low production I'm sure but I dont have that many taps.

Would something like this work?

nothing specifically made for low pressure, but an RO membrane will function on lower pressure than typical, it just will not remove as much water as is possible with higher pressure. I'm not sure however that a shallow well pump will be enough.

I'm sure itnwpuldnwork somewhat but your challenge will be deadheading the well pump. Not sure how long it will last if it's not moving some volume of water thru it.
