Default Concentrate and permeate gauge issues

Tried to concentrate sap for the first time tonight. I was going to run the ro so that I was getting equal parts permeate and concentrate. Was running the membrane pressure between 150 and 200. I have a screw type valve that when I turn in it should increase the pressure which it did. When I screw the Hague out it should decrease the pressure which it did. No matter what I did it never changed my gpm float gauge for concentrate. Also, the amount coming out the permeate side was way less than the concentrate side. Any ideas? It is a springtech micro elite 160GPH ro with two 4x40 membranes

You should have less permeate coming out than concentrate on smaller RO's. How about a picture of the ro and it's valves. What are the gauges reading? As usual more info helps. Hope you figured it out.
