Default 250 CDL hobby ro

I have an opportunity to rent/purchase the hobby ro and was looking for any feed back positive or negative. Or if you know someone else that is not on here ask them what they like or dislike about the machine. Thanks in advance!
Andy

Default Simple and efficient

I have the smaller unit to the 250 and it works well, great recirculation pump. Takes 50 % out on first pass and shuts down when out of sap. Local dealer can't keep them in stock.

Yeah it worked great. Don't have any negative reviews other than I wish my season would have been longer. Trying to figure out how to ease into the discussion with wife about buying it.

Default Time

It's all about the time it saved you , that then got to be spent with her
Ahh just tell her it will help the operation pay for itself quicker, that is what I told my wife.

Tell her you're buying sleep.

Good luck with that. Sometimes that's the hardest part.

I don't know how many hours of sleep mine has bought me. Not usual but I have had times when I was so swamped in sap they I would start it, go to bed and get up in 4 hours do a 20 minute rinse, back to roing and back to sleep.

Buy first, apologize later. Just tell her you've had that for years. I guess I'm lucky, I can buy something the wife could walk right into it and not even notice.
