Default RO wash soap questions

What kind of soap do I use to clean my ro membrane?
Also it seems people use a higher ph. So why not use a vinegar solution? Vinegar will clean anything but I am assuming it may harm the membrane???

A high pH is basic, not acidic so you don't want vinegar.

Which soap depends on which membrane you have, there are at least 2 soaps and each is used on specific membranes, they should not be inter changed.
