I am pleased with mine so far and haven't really heard in negative from anyone that has them as there is several hundred of them in use.

We like ours a lot, I would buy another one, or a bigger one if needed. There's lots of posts here (and the other site too) discussing this, and lots of people have them.
You get lots of RO for your money, at least compared to the other "main" brands I think. But, there's not quite the level of immediate contact/service available, although Ray is an honest guy with a very good reputation, and a good service reputation as well.
Good luck with your search and research. take care, Mark

What I know so far about RO's they are like a computer, tractor, boat, home or a trailer. They are made up of a conglomerate of individual parts from many manufactures. I have a new trailer and after about the 5,000 the tires are shot but Im not going to say the trailer sucks. Like a home just because the water heater only lasts 5 years the house isn't a piece of junk.

I think you need to evaluate your operation and your needs as far as self cleaning, auto shut down and Tech support. We live in a world where when something breaks or you have questions about a product you want answers NOW and they better have a good tech department. When the sap is hitting the wall you don't want to wait 3 days for an answer.

Thanks for the responses! I was really thinking about a bigger evap but may just look into one of these units most likely the same price I would be paying to upgrade the evap...
