Default Best way to RO

As usual I'm doing a run through of every aspect of my production techniques. So I didn't concentrate past 7.5 to 8 because I only did 1 pass. I was wondering if its better for the machine if I add the concentrate back to the outside bulk tank adding it to the raw sap or just wait till I'm done concentrating what sap I have and then doing a second pass. Pumping outside takes less plumbing.

I have heard that the concentrated will sink to the bottom and go back into the RO when recirculating. I have a bulkhead fitting bolted on the bottom of my raw tank. I have a piece of 1" poly that will slip in with a hole cut in the side to let sap feed the RO from about 1/2 way up. The RO will shut down when it gets to this level and I switch valves and send to feed tank.

Thanks Wiam That does make sense about it sinking I could agitate it if need be. I might be over thinking it but that's what I like complicating the simple when it comes to the equipment.

I have been told to use a floating strainer to draw from top of tank, but seemed more complicated

If its all going to get run through the RO why take from the top. My bulk tank is designed to drain from the bottom and once the tank is empty I switch valves and wash the tank to the outside.

Thanks Kevin that's easy with my set up. but back to my question if Imgoing to concentrate higher than the first pass does it help, hurt or doesn't matter. I would like to just keep recirculating until I get to my desired sugar level and then switch a valve and send it to my bulk concentrate tank that feeds my head tank.
