OK Dennis, memory is getting better.

Pacific RO has the adaptor for $25 and the lovejoy coupling for $19. They must be somehow related to Joe and Bill, website is almost identical. I do remember talking to them and they said they would sell to me. Also, Watereverywhere.com has the adaptor for $36.00 . :)

checked the links you told me about and the bummer part of it is that they are the wrong type of pump adapter.
They are all for the bolt on type procon pumps. I need the adapter for the clamp style procon pumps and the great part of it is that I haven't been able to find them for less than $73.

I should check with Atlantic RO to see what kind of deal they could give me when I buy SS vessels and membranes, maybe save a few bucks.

Hey Dennis, I bought my adaptor from zoro(free shipping) for around $75 .You can find 1 1/2 hp motors online cheap ( foreign brand) but I heard people complain they had less power so I bought an american made Lesson online for not much more money. I 'll have to look to find out where I bought it. I first tried a 3/4 motor that Joe P recommended but it didn't have the power I needed, so I went to 1 1/2 hp works excellent. May try third membrane this year. I bought my ss vessels from atlantic, found them cheaper at allforwater.com, but they were only rated for 250 psi so I opted for Joe P.'s 300 psi vessels.I believe Atlantic gets $128 allforwater.com gats $80,big savings. The vessels I received from Atlantic were also rated for 250 psi so I questioned Joe and he said they will handle 300 psi no problem. So next one I buy will be from allforwater.com, someone on here had some problems with allforwater.com delivering product on time so be warned.

I second the suggestion of a bigger motor. I started out with the 3/4 hp, it worked fine for 1 post, but at the end of a long run it would get hot and start to labor. If your going to add another post someday go with at least a 1 hp or bigger. And also I have a feed pump that I got from harbor freight on the cheap that also works fine. But when I hook up the goulds pump from my sap tank I gain about 1/2 gallon a minute of concentrate. So quality of feed pump makes a big difference also.

That is why I was from the start looking to get a 1 1/2hp motor for the high pressure pump. I just do not want to regret later that I did not go big enough.
Thanks for the lead for the motor Jimsudz, I will look into them later.

What feed pump to buy? I looked on ebay and found a few there for a good price, they are very similar to the ones at Harbor freight. I do wish to get my hands on a goulds but it will depend on the cost.

Just looked into the PTJ Industrial for the motor.
They have a good price for a 1 1/2hp motor, $215 with free shipping but it is not a Leeson. It is a Techtop, not sure what kind of durability it may have.
