Default Better R/O

I currently have a Airblo 600 with a second membrane added. I have 3000 taps and boil on a 3x8. What I am looking for is info on additions, design changes, etc. that will help me concentrate faster to about 15 %. Currently we concentrate from large 3500 gal tank to small 600 gal concentrate tank and then from there to head tank at 15-16 %.

What I am curious about is if there is a high brix unit availabe from any company other than Leader or if there is someone with a build option such as adding an additional pressure pump to get to higher brix in one pass thus reducing time waiting to cook.

The obvious alternative is a new R/O that is big enough to do high brix on e pass but the cost is prohibitive for me.

Thanks for your thoughts, Craig

big question is what you have for membranes? that may make a difference. Also what pressure are you able to go to?

The membrane in the machine is a Fluid Systems and the external post is NF270. The machine will run from 200 psi when first start to as high as 400 psi after a few hours of run time. It then runs consistantly just below 400 psi.
