Default Eastern Ontario Producers

How did folks do this year in Eastern Ontario? I haven't heard much yet but do know I was on track for my best season ever until injured 3 weeks in.

We finished the year getting 1.16 liters per tap. First year on 3/16 gravity. Made mostly amber. Overall the totals were good but it was like the season never took off till it was over.

Bryan - I've heard of several producers who hit 2.0L/tap. We didn't get to that but we did have our best ever season - with 2/3 of that coming in a 12 day stretch from the 3rd to the 14th.

Our last boil was on Wednesday the 17th. We ran the pumps until Friday morning but no way to process 3000 gallons of otter snot into syrup!

Yes - in every tank. Definitely a sign that we were done!
