I walked into one harbor freight store one time, it took me about 10 minutes of looking and I decided there was nothing there for me.....never entered another one and have zero plans to. I like my equipment to last more than three uses.

If your looking for cheap tools, I rather go to flea markets, auctions and yard sales. I have bought most of my tools that way and got good stuff at good prices. If you have ever heard of the Rte 127 yard sale that spans Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and part of Georgia, the first weekend of August. You can find almost anything along it from thousands of vendors. My wife and I do it every year through southern Ohio, Kentucky and Tenn..

At a flea market about 25 years ago, I bought a 3' Rigid pipe wrench for $50 in like new condition. I've done similar many times, but I still don't as a rule follow the garage sale/flea market ads, just when I have some spare time.
I rarely shop Harbor Freight, but I was looking for a basic deep cut hand held bandsaw recently. I saw where they had a 25% off on any single item and had recently seen the had what I wanted for $99. When I got there, the price had been raised to $139.88 and the item was not eligible for the 25% off (would have been $104.91). I left it there. A week or 2 later they again had it for $99, but I had already bought one online, free frt. from the competition.
