Not having to work a 9-5 job and only doing maple....I wouldn't go so big that I would have to hire out help but keep everything in my immediate family circle and my one good buddy who has helped me from day one.

I could use a 10,000 tap sugar bush on the side of a hill with 5% grade all leading to a flat area for the sap shack. I would think 14" to 20" trees would be nice. I can take it from there.

120x240 confections facility with high pressure steam boilers, bottling line, candy line on the other side of my driveway so I can wake up in the morning, walk across the driveway to work. See the girls get on and off the school bus everyday, and to be able do this to my wife because she always says Maple is a waste of time

Buy - lots and lots of land with 2-tap trees

Change - not much, pretty happy with our methods now

Upgrade - bigger evap and RO to handle my new purchase

I was just in Many attention at the trump tower, visiting my daughter are Victorias Secret and Central Park. Some how maple does not come to mind after visiting the second on the list. Been back 12 hours and mind is still in the city. Maybe cleaning the goat pen will bring me back.

O.k. Maybe a few more taps and more flue height, might as well get a true bottler. And then figure out how to hook a turbo up to the arch just to be different.

Had a short time this spring were I loaded the arch a little heavy with dry cedar and well
Chugged like old steam train for about 10 min, looked cool out the stack, plus ohh boy did it boil.

Nothing good happens in the city! Get to cleaning the goat pen.

I'd buy some advice on tubing system layout. I'd bet a couple shuckles my property would require a psychologist and a few cases of beer for even the best tubing installer.
