Cool article.

I'll be a first time beekeeper this spring. It's a really interesting hobby and I'm looking forward to it.

Odd that the FDA wants it heat pasteurized even though it's known to last forever on its own...

The part that if it contains pollen then it is clasified as 'honey' is interesting.
honey recipe...50 parts maple syrup 1 part polllen
cystal clear honey(like the old pepsi)...50 parts white corn syrup and 1 part pollen.

I plan on getting a hive this spring too. Should be fun. Good luck hale.
