Dearest Mr Moser

I look forward to signing up for the confections class Friday at LEME. Not for the education, but rather to see a self proclaimed maple expert fall on his face and to make a fool of himself in front of all. It's people like you that bring a bad name to the industry and bring a bad name to all who produce syrup and especially confections. I don't know who got on their knees and proclaimed you as the confections god, but I'm not buying it and if you are the confections god, then I'm not attending that church.
Now to be fair to you I've tried your candy and personally think a 8 year may have a did a better job than what I tasted. So you can say what you want about me, but I telling you the truth as I see it and as others in my area see it. So this is reality Mr Moser and I'm excited to write out the $20 check for that reality.
Sincerely
The antixpert

Now on serious note:
I've never once said I'm an expert. I'm doing LEME to share what knowledge I may be able to pass on to others. I'm hoping I can live up to what is expected me there. If people have issues with me that is fine, but just be adult enough to use your real name and real email address. For obvious reasons I left out the senders address, but decided to share this with the encouragement from others. If you know who might have sent this I don't need to know just let them know I have received the mail and that's as far as I'm going to acknowledge them.

Jealousy strikes again, I take full responsibility for I may have on occasion proclaimed you the candy making world champion. Did that happen to come from Wishlist's email account? Thanks for taking the time and passing on some of your knowledge.

Sound like somebody is jealous. You are the one who is trying to help everybody make better candy and I haven't heard on complaint about it and if they do have a complain that is certainly a childish way to go about it.

Jake, It sounds like your handling this better than I would. I've always found your posts to be informative and positive. Its to bad there have to be haters out there, even in the maple syrup community.

I still think the candy is great. wouldn't it be comical to see folks like this pick yours in a blind taste test?

What a joke! Jake uses a Husky saw so obviously he is one with faults and not an expert. :)

I make the best maple sugar coated peanuts thanks to Mr Moser . I judge them by how long they last and its measured in hours not days! Thanks Jake , keep doing what you do and I wouldn't waste a minute on a jealous groupie.
