Default portable conversion generators

Im looking to buy a small 2,000 to 2,200 watt converter generator that I can put on my ATV or use for camping. I have used a 3000 Yamaha and it was great for running the campsite with a few air conditioners and lights. I know that a 2,000 watt wont run a small welder but I need to run a drill or grinder and I don't want cordless for a few jobs coming up. What about Ryobi they seem inexpensive ?

Here you go Chuck.... Raven You can mow grass all week hit the trails on the weekend and build a remote cabin as well with the onboard generator. Lol This company has contacted me several times this year about becoming a dealer. I love the concept the only problem is they haven't built enough yet to let dealers test or see them yet.

Time out! Xak should be banned from threads that involve any sort of electrical power. I was just on the phone with a fellow SBI member talking power to sugarhouse when good old Xaks setup turned to the topic of discussion. Yep, he has a 1.5 amp service and has to use a battery powered radio or else his one light will dim and both arch blowers will kick out on low voltage. I see he is thinking of upgrading to something on this line ?

I agree with 3rdgen, Honda would be a good choice .
