I used one of those probably 10 years ago at a cemetery to mow very steep banks. Worked ok. I don't think I would buy one though. The boss found it used.

WTH? Oh Xak, whats the scoop on this thing? I didn't see that mower in your current inventory althoughI did see a bunch of chainsaws collecting dust !

Yep, hovering mower.
Used one a long time ago for part of the front yard that is always wet. A friend of ours that does landscaping had one and lent it to us to give it a try.
Well.............I got a shower from the knees down!!

Oh yeah kind of tough to push it around when it wasn't running.

Flymo is the original manufacture of the hovering mower. Husqvarna bought Flymo years ago as they have with many cutting edge company's in their 300 + years of manufacturing history.

At the 2:13 mark they talk about Gradients being no problem. Does this mean that it can cut grass of different sugar contents.

Obviously its some kind of mystical thing that resides in the grass that wont bother the flying mower I think.
