Default Sap

I had a short run last week for two days. 20 gallons off my boxelders and alittle in the sugars. The sap is frozen in my storage buckets and in the bags that I didn't empty. The weather looks to be favorable mid week here. Keeping my fingers crossed!!! Did a test boil on my new arch and pans and was extremely pleased with the results. 15-20 gallons per hour, not firing hard the whole time as I needed to cure bricks and refractory. Next year drop tubes in rear pan and maybe a blower.
