Default Maple nuts

Well i tried another recipe i was afraid of. After lots of looking at different recipes i found a very basic one on Mapletrader. Poured 1/4 cup of our dark amber in a pot let it foam. Only took a minute( yup didn't use a thermometer,it happened too quick.)threw the nuts in and started stirring. I had to quit so Ron took over. Finished so quick. Put it on parchment paper and let it sit. Perfect
