Default Best brand of mustard?

Making some maple mustard all I have at the moment is GFS mustard. It's ok, but is it good enough?
What are your favorite brands of mustard for maple mustard?

I have been using French's mustard. Seems to have better taste. But just me and a few other people.

I've been making maple mustard for years and I sell a ton of it. I only use French's mustard. I buy the big containers at Walmart in the bulk section.

Does anyone actually make their own mustard? Merna & I wanted to make an authentic product but it seems all recipes keep coming back to French's as the base.
