Default Maple butter

While my husband was boiling this am I checked the frig and found a container of heavy cream. I got out my handy little kitchen aid food chopper and poured in the cream. Pulsed it until the cream was thick and liquid separated. Pour off the whey and use it for pancakes or other cooking. Blend in a little maple syrup until it tastes good to you. Refrigerate and enjoy.
