Default Sieve Size For Maple Sugar

Can anyone recommend a sieve size to use for maple sugar? I am starting to make a fair amount of sugar and I am looking for an easier way to screen the lumps out. All of my sugar is going to be sold in shakers so it needs to be fairly fine. I found these but I can't decide between the 60 and 120 mesh size. you'll want 1/8 in ss screen, or mesh (the hd stuff whatever it's called) if you can weld ss then build youself a 2 part sifter. the bottom is just a ss 4 sided pan, the top rest on the bottom with 4 sides and the bottom being the 1/8 in ss screen. either buy or make yourself a ss or hardwood paddle...sift and work the clumps through the screen
