Default Maple taffy

If you are doing maple taffy on snow like at a fair for example... will the taffy carry over to the next day once cooled? I'm referring to the extra stock you've brought to the correct density but haven't sold so it's still in your inventory.

If you want to keep it, add a little cold water on top of it to prevent sugar formation. Keep it cold, even froze it for longest time. Reheat as you want.
