Default Maple Cream (butter)

Okay... Merna has a big bug to start making maple cream but is very doubtful about these pans that turn with a couple of paddles clamped to a bar. How do you fill the tubs with a pan style cream machine so they look nice?

I use a flat knife to pack into honey style jars and plastic tubs. Just wipe the top of the container off before covering.

Get an ice cream scoop that has a thumb mechanism to flip the ice cream out. As long as your cream isn't runny it will work fine.

I use 2 spoons. One to scoop and one to scrape it off that one.

What you are describing I can do but I do have two questions first. What sort of ambient temperature do you do this in? Is the room hot so it's a little more liquid or cool so it's stiff? Do you rinse the spoons or scoop in water at all or just keep going? Merna is still trying to find a $250 cream machine but in my heart I just know what is coming.

Scoops better in a worm room 70 ish. No rinsing of spoons necessary. I fill my containers on scales.
