Do you really want to use the sheet for a head tank. I ask because making one at such short notice is risky. I have a round tank that is poly and you can see in it you can mout it up high and its cheap. What are you looking for as far as size besides BIG??

With 200 taps do you use the head tank as your bulk storage. Will it be free standing or hanging in the rafters. Do you have a sap shack?

do you really need a big head tank. What size evap do you have. I would think a bulk storage with small transfer pump would be a better set up. Do you have the ability to mount the tank that high.

I understand I just see other producers with 3x10s 4x12s with 200 gallon tanks. Using it as your bulk tank is ok just think your getting caught up in supper big when the metal could be used for a bigger pan. remember the bigger the tank the bigger the frame the bigger the cover. Send some pics when its done.
