Default Drop flue pan build

Im bending myself a new set of pans. My question is on the side wall height. My plan is to have sides that are 18 inches high with 6 drops 6 inches deep. Drop width and spacing are 1.5 inches. It's going on a 2x7. Flue pan is 4 ft. long.

The reason for asking is I'm just using a 4x10 SS sheet and after I make the flue bends and rail surface im left with a little less than 40 inches. I will use some of that to reinforce the top side of pan.

How tall are your drop flue pan sides?

You will be good with that flue depth and the 18 inch sides.
