used it 2 years now. I can take about 500 gallons of 1.5 sap to 8-10 in about 2hrs i have went to 12 at 350 psi since these were taken i have changed pump to a ss delavane and this year im going for nf 270s to xle4040

About how much do you think it would cost to build something similar if you don't mind me asking also a parts list maybe and some schematics is a great idea Phil Thanks

membrane vessels form Atlantic ro 100.00 a piece. membranes from Atlantic ro xle 4040 225.00 a piece . 2 hp motor from grainer 250.00 delevane SS roller pump 300.00-500.00 if i did it again id go with a procon pump series 6 500.00 from procon the motor would be a lot cheaper than the one I'm using now the ball valves and one gate valve from home depot pressure gage off INTERNET (get a good one) reinforced flexible line form tractor supply whole house water filter off INTERNET 30.00 i would say i have 2000.00 in mine with about 500.00 worth of wasted money (rnd) id say if i did it over again id have 1500.00 for a 250gph machine ill try to get some schematics together

DO like me and do it in front of her Tell her permeate is good to wash the face with it stops wrinkles. Do the laundry with it......................CRAP have her do the laundry with it.

If I were to make one like yours except use 1 instead of 2 membranes would I get 125 gph or more or less? Thanks
