OK boys and girls This one will test your skills . There will be a ticket in your name if you get it. Yes I know its a hemostat NO NO NO its not made for or has ever been used for recreation. It is highly specialized and the answers cant be so general that I make fun of you. Yes I used this in my past life.

What trade it was made for?
What specific use in that trade?
What does its unique design allow?
