Default aof arch pics

hello guys. i wondered where everyone was hiding!!! just kidding so here I am. thought i would get up a couple of pics of my new arch i just built. I call it ''the cyclone'' ( i dont recall any manufacturers with a name like that yet) please correct me if i am wrong. The firebox on this beast holds over 1/5 th of a cord of wood at 2/3rds full

Hey tomjr, looks good, curious what you are using for a sight window. Built my own arch and want to put a sight window in the door.

jimsudz, I got a piece of coal/woodstove glass at the local stoveshop rated at 1200 deg see if it holds up. stuff is about a dollar a square inch

I guess when you build something you really build something. That looks like a cyclone I would say, great build. Keep us posted on the progress and how it burns.

TomJR. can u answer a couple of questions for me and maybe other?
1) what size arch is this on
2) how far apart are the air ports and what size and on what size tubing
3) air C F M's if you know

tapme, the arch is a 3x12 with a 66'' deepfirebox and 32'' from grates to pans. I have 44 -1/2'' I.D nozzels 7'' apart on the top tube 5'' apart on the door and back of the firebox. the tube is 2x4 o.d I have yet to fire it but tested the sp at the nozzels and is 4'' so good to go their, the blower is a dayton 4c108 grainger has the cfm specs for it. also I do have the 3450 rpm 1.5 hp motor on it i will try to get a vid up this season for it in action

just got done bricking it up today. thought i would put up some more pics of the progress im just glad its ready to fire probly wait till monday cause I got to get in the woods and get something done out their also.

You sure an Inferno arch wasnt barrowed off there showroom floor? Looks very similar, nice build on that arch it looks sweet.
