Very nice, I made one very similar to yours 3 years ago, but What I found out after some use, the hinge started to bend and I could not get a good grip on the tubing and would slip. this year I replaced it with vise grips. which I like a lot better. not quite as fast as with the hinge. also I just added a cutter to mine, where your arms come together I sharpened one side on the grinder. real handy having all of the tools in one hand.

Those are great! Very clever!
I especially like the orange paint job. I put things down for "just a minute" ...and never find them again....
