I will be making the trip over Saturday am. Hope the weather is ok. I will be picking up a toy for a friend, who knows, maybe I will buy something for me as well.

Headed out that way tomorrow morning. Long drive from northeastern Vermont.

Didnt view a lot of equipment tonight, was catching up with everyone. Spent quite bit of time chatting with Bob and this digital brix readout that self calibrates based of syrup temp is pretty cool. Will post more cool new stuff tomorrow as I see them.

I would assume that since its digital it will calibrate and read the correct brix quickly. Very nice!

Travel was not good from Painsville to Albion and then back to Painsville Chardon area. Quite a few cars and trucks in the ditch. I made it back with no problems. Picked up a steam hood for a friend. They have built Quite the nice sugarhouse at the high school. There was a lot of money tied up in that building. I had a good time. All those involved did a good job. The FFA kids did a great job again as well

DSD has developed a fusion pipe system to add to there product lines, a bit different than other pipe fusing systems out. Looks like a nice system. They also had the bag filler machine at there booth and a bottle capper that is really simple and yet effective.

Not sure if this is new or not to leaders line up but its a pretty darn good idea in my opinion. Leader has a half pint arch and pan setup that is fired by natural gas or propane, what makes it even cooler for small hobby guys is the ability to ad an arch extention and a flue pan on the same rig if you need more gph.
