Default Finally a Stihl that is reliable

Finally a Stihl chainsaw that is reliable and meets EPA requirements. Don't worry Wishlist I was told a right handed crank version is currently in the engineering phase!

Not very practical, when turning the crank you lose the use of about half of the bar length. That one must be a Polish design.

This is kind of like my neighbor who was complaining that he could only cut 1/2 cord of wood a day with his chain saw and wanted me to come over to see what the problem was. I go over there and pull on the start cord and he exclaims "what's that noise!!"

You all realize that Stihl brand name is the result of a mis-spelling when the company registered it trademark. The original was "STILL", as in this thing is "STILL" more than it's running, or the dang thing is "STill" broken, or it "still" won't cut!

Just adding fuel to the fire.....what else is there to do in the off season?

Not that I want to enter into this fray at all, but was amused to find while reading at home last night that the Stihl saw got Editor's Choice of electric chainsaws in the most recent issue of Popular Mechanics.

Unfortunately this nice product is doomed to fail since the EPA has been gutted
