Thanks to everyone who has already registered for the 1st International Birch Sap & Syrup Conference to be held at Paul Smiths College this coming June 12-14. It is shaping up to be a great event with excellent speakers and participants from throughout North America and Europe. MMSA Executive Administrator Position Search The Michigan Maple Syrup Association is seeking an Executive Administrator to facilitate and administer a Speciality Crop Block Grant received from the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for 2014 - 2015. Hot off the press! Check out the file below for info on the 3rd annual Lake Erie Maple Expo. With an overnight low here in Michigan in the mid 40's last night its time to start thinking of next years maple season. There is no better place to do just that than LEME IMO!

Roth Sugar Bush is having their annual open house. The days are February 5th to the 8th. They did move into their new location right off the Hwy. If your familiar with Cadott its on the South West corner of the interstate 29 and county road 27. You co south to the next street and that's Tower Rd.
