Many hours are spent in the woods setting up tubing, tapping trees, chasing leaks and making modifications to get the highest yield of sap. There are alot of different ways to setup tubing from gravity to high vac. This is the spot to ask and answer questions about anything related to tubing, tapping trees and the entire vacuum system.

The evaporator is the pride of the sugarhouse and one of the most highly talked about topics in the maple industry. There are alot of different styles, sizes and setups throughout the entire maple belt. This is the place to brag, discuss, or ask questions about anything directly related to the evaporator.
