Description: 2X4 Mason Evaporator w/ raised flue rear pan and 3 compartment syrup pan, intake float box, sight glass and thermometer sitting on a Mason arch w/ firebrick a forced air blower and stack w/ thermometer, 4/12 roof jack and rope operated cap, 20 GPH output.
Sunrise Metal Shop new never used “Sap Raider” steam hood and preheater with all connections to pans and intake. Complete w/ stacks for both pans and a 4/12 pitch roof jack. The folks at Sunrise said to expect a 15% increase in output from the Sap Raider system.
Sap Puller single diaphragm sap pump
275 gallon Lapierre SS sap storage tank, sap hydrometer
2 ea. 275 gallon cage tanks, elevated stand for 1 tank
120V Portable pump for transferring sap and the hose and quick connects fittings
SS finishing pot w/ thermometer and propane burner
50 aluminum buckets with lids
All the tubing tools, cone filters main and pre, 2 ea. SS buckets, case of plastic bottles, gasket material.
Everything you need to make syrup except a cone filter unit. The 3/16” lines going to a ¾” main can all go with it also if you want it. I would prefer to sell as a package but if the evaporator and sap raider sell then I will sell the rest individually.

prior to the preheater and steam hood using the black ash I had so much of it was a solid 20gph when I stayed focused on the stack temp, the folks at Sunrise Metal Shop said to expect a 15% increase with the preheater and hood so 23gph is what I was expecting to get. Always ran the forced air relatively low so I'm sure by increasing that rpm it would put out more.
